    POSITION SUMMARY: 

    As one of our BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVES (BDRS), you will be assigned to a fast-growing market and paired with a senior Sales Account Executive (AE). You will pave the way for your AE to close new business by providing frontline outbound prospecting, using phone, email, and social tools to open doors with future customers. Together you will develop your sales territory, so you can grow your earnings as you grow our business. 

    Never done this kind of work before? No problem. All of our sales professionals receive 9 weeks of training to ensure you have the skill-set, market knowledge, and ongoing guidance and coaching required to flourish here at Roadrunner.  Our ongoing coaching and training are so comprehensive that BDRs typically advance in their roles two or three times within their first year! Our high-energy atmosphere will keep you motivated and ready to grow.

    • Keeping Salesforce our CRM system current
