POSITION SUMMARY:
The Logistics Specialist will effectively juggle the high volume of daily routes across our multiple operating cities. Has the ability to resolve route issues and be proactively following up with our drivers and occasionally, our customers. Interacting with our drivers, hauling partners and several teams across the organization. In addition to responding to route issues, responsible for ensuring other in-city work is executed, and also executing on a list of strategic deliverables to enhance our driver experience.
