    Job Description

    About Us and Why We’re Hiring We are RoadSync and we are simplifying payments in the transportation industry. Our innovative digital platform dramatically reduces processing time and maximizes revenue collection for warehouses, trucks/carriers and repair/tow operators.

    RoadSync is growing, and so are our Sales and Marketing teams. As a Sales Operations Manager you will work closely with our Marketing team (as well as Sales, Finance, and Customer Success) to amplify their ability to close more deals, quickly.  

    You will be a linchpin between many of our internal teams to make sure that our sales systems, analytics and processes are in place. This means coming in and making recommendations for today, but also looking ahead as we continue to grow and strategizing on how to get there. continuously shifting function. You will be instrumental in helping us scale and amplify our sales processes.

    We'd love to hear from you if . . .  

    • You have at least 2 years of verifiable success in a Sales or Revenue Operations role
    • You love data and are not afraid to dig into the details
    • You have implemented various marketing, sales and customer success tools and have a vision for how the entire revenue tool stack should be structured.
    • You are a systems thinker: You understand inputs and outputs and find leverage points to get continuing returns from your investments of effort.
    • You are a problem solver. You enjoy solving complex and unstructured problems, and you are able to effectively synthesize and present your insights to influence decisions
    • You have bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
    • You are experienced and skilled at using HubSpot (strongly preferred)

    Some things you’ll be doing at RoadSync 

    • Support our “go-to-market” tech stack 
    • Identify future systems needs 
    • Provide insights and analytics, such as reporting integrity from CRM, creating dashboards, and crafting sales and marketing targets
    • Optimize our customer journey
    • Troubleshooting the tech stack and CRM 
    • Drive CRM usability and leverage 
    • Oversee sales and marketing documentation, training and adoption
