Job Summary: As a Lead Automotive Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in identifying necessary vehicle service and performing repair, maintenance, and service work. This position offers tremendous growth potential and rewarding career opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Thoroughly examine customer vehicles to assess necessary repairs and maintenance, including drivability issues.

Provide accurate estimates of repair costs.

Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance, including air conditioning repairs.

Document all services performed accurately.

Request necessary parts to complete repairs.

Follow all safeguards, rules, and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.

Desired Qualifications:

Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician.

Working knowledge of shop equipment, including wheel and tire equipment, alignment systems, diagnostic equipment, air conditioning equipment, etc.

Demonstrated motivation to learn and succeed in the automotive industry.

Hold a valid in-state driver's license with a good driving record.

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

Preferred Experience:

Preferred certifications from UTI, NASCAR, or ASE.

Knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
