Job Summary: As a Service Technician at Roadmasters Tire Pros & Auto Care, your primary responsibility will be performing non-technical automotive service repairs to ensure customer satisfaction. This includes conducting tire and wheel-related services, as well as carrying out oil changes and vehicle inspections. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining a clean and organized environment in the service department, showroom, exterior of the building, and tire and parts storage areas. Desired Qualifications: To excel in this role, we seek candidates with the following qualifications:
Effective verbal and written communication skills with customers, associates, and management
Proficiency in using automotive tools such as impact guns, sockets, wrench and socket sets (standard/metric), screwdrivers, and oil filter tools
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, grip, handle, lift/carry up to 60 pounds, and push/pull up to 60 pounds for up to 2/3 of the workday
Physical ability to lift/carry over 60 pounds and push/pull over 60 pounds for up to 1/3 of the workday
Preferred Experience:
Completion of automotive courses in high school or vocational tech training
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Preferred certification from institutions like UTI, NASCAR, or ASE
