As the senior financial analyst, your duties will include:

• Creating reasonable and attainable budgets with different levels of management in a timely manner
• Create forecasts and report on variances while making recommendations for improvement
• Analyze trends and make suggestions to improve ROI and other key metrics
• Create process improvement to streamline and automate reporting as needed
• Reconcile major expense accounts and report on variances
• Create and maintain capital budgets and analyze requests for expenditures

You are the right person if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 5 + years of FP&A experience with experience in retail industry a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and work independently to meet deadlines
• Strong excel skills
• Experience in developing and implementing automation tools and ability to streamline processes
