  • Responsibilities

    We are currently seeking a personable, organized, and detail-oriented individual for an experienced Case Management position in our Personal Injury Division. This position involves assisting their team’s paralegal and attorney in helping to navigate our clients through all of the stages of their personal injury cases. As with all of our positions, we work as a team and team members may be called upon to assist in other departments within our company. Responsibilities: • Inputting client information into our database • Scheduling appointments with clients • Entering and updating client information in our computer system • Organizing and completing the necessary documentation, monitoring case statuses, and assisting clients • Completing basic administrative responsibilities such as making telephone calls, drafting emails, sending mail, and scanning documents • Conducting regular correspondence with clients and providing them with updates on the status of their case • Maintaining client confidentiality • Updating client information in our computer system • Communicating with insurance companies, doctor’s offices, police departments, housing authorities, and other attorney’s offices • Ordering and obtaining client medical records • Analyzing and summarizing medical records Qualifications: • Positive attitude and the willingness to go above and beyond for our clients and team • Personable, with excellent communication and customer service skills • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable interacting with clients, team members, and attorneys • Strong phone and computer skills • Strong attention to detail • Team player • Ability to stay focused and organized • Ability to learn on-the-job and think on your feet • Ability to meet strict deadlines • Experience working with Microsoft Office programs • Administrative writing skills • Experience managing Personal Injury Cases • Associates Degree Required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred • 30 WPM • Must be able to successfully complete and pass each phase of our in-house training program • 5 years of full-time work experience • Must pass a basic math test • Must be able to commit to a full-time, 40-hour schedule (no exceptions) • Demonstrated solid job history (2+ years with previous employers) • Experience working with Microsoft Office programs • Must pass a background check (we do check) Compensation: $22-$24 per hour
