We’re looking for a highly driven, organized, and personable human resources technician to play an important role on our team. You’ll be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and communicating with applicants. • Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including preparing orientation materials, conducting initial training, and facilitating the completion of required paperwork. • Maintain and update HR databases, personnel records, and other related documents. • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing general HR information. • Assist in benefits administration, enrollment, and related communications to employees. • Assist in the coordination of employee engagement initiatives and events. • Help ensure compliance with Labor laws, company policies, and procedures. • Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and providing administrative support. • Generate HR-related reports and assist in data analysis as required. • Participate in HR projects and process improvements as assigned. Qualifications: • Over 3 years of experience in HR • Hold a bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a similar field. • Demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and willingness to learn and adapt. • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Must be fully bilingual (Spanish - English) Compensation: $40,000
