  • Responsibilities

    Oversee the functionality & performance of your team members by providing guidance, instruction & coaching to ensure each individual performs to their utmost potential while ensuring the smooth completion of everyday tasks like Requests & Follow-ups. A Team Lead will also be responsible for monitoring the Record Retriever’s progress, improvement, and performance via documented evaluations which means being responsible for noticing & correcting any mistakes or errors made during the complete requesting process. MUST SUBMIT RESUME IN ENGLISH Responsibilities: • Ensure all Requests & Follow-ups are completed by the end of the day • Detect, comprehend & resolve any mistakes made by the Record Retrievers • Identify problem areas and be able to coach, guide & correct team members • Organize, structure & motivate your team to fulfill or surpass pre-established goals • Generate regular performance reviews • Keep track of old requests and make sure these are taken as priority cases Qualifications: What you’re expected to do: On a Daily Basis • Monitoring Requests and Follow-Ups • Verify portals • Spot Checks On a Weekly Basis • Compile Attendance of the week • Coaching Sessions On a Monthly Basis • Performance Review • Audit 6th Month Review • Compile all monthly reviews • Use the “Employee Evaluation” Word Sheet Compensation: 3,000 soles
