    We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Call Center Trainer to join our personal injury law firm. The Trainer will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive training programs for our intake specialists. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and facilitation skills, and a passion for helping others succeed. Responsibilities: Facilitate New Hire Training: Serve as a skilled facilitator during our live 4-week new hire training program in a remote environment via our web conferencing program. Employ various facilitation techniques, such as brainstorming, group activities, and role-playing, to encourage collaboration, problem-solving, and critical thinking among participants. Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes open dialogue and knowledge sharing.Individual coaching and support: Provide personalized coaching and support to employees who require additional guidance in specific areas including soft skills, sales techniques, problem solving abilities, etc. Identify individual strengths and areas for improvement and develop customized plans to enhance employee performance.Continuing Education: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Encourage active participation, foster meaningful discussions, and guide participants in applying new concepts and skills to real-life scenarios.Create training materials: Develop high-quality training materials, including presentations, handouts, manuals, online modules, and other resources. Ensure that the materials are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and support different learning styles.Collaborate with subject matter experts: Work closely with attorneys and other legal professionals within the firm to gather input, insights, and subject matter expertise. Ensure that the training content aligns with firm policies, procedures, and industry standards. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as education or 3 years of experience in the call center training field. • Previous experience as a trainer or facilitator, preferably in a personal injury law firm. • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information and guide interactive discussions. • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging and interactive training programs. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
