1. Analyze, evaluate, accept, decline, rate, quote, and bind new or renewal submissions.
2. Build relationships between agents, reinsurers, and contacts.
3. Review simple to moderately complex submissions, account losses, pricing models, and profitable premiums.
4. Review sources of profit by selecting appropriate risks.
5. Assist in the approval, issuance, or change requests for policies.
6. Assist with special projects or other duties as needed.

Required Experience

Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, or a related field and 2-5 years of experience in a similar field or position. 

Prefer Truck Underwriting experience.
