Job Description
A SALES ASSOCIATE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SALES ASSOCIATE JOB DUTIES, FROM ONE ON ONE CLIENT CONSULTATIONS, OBTAINING DEPOSITS FROM CLIENTS WHEN CLOSING AN CONSULTATION, GREETING CUSTOMERS, ANSWERING PHONES, ANSWERING QUESTIONS VIA EMAIL OR OVER THE PHONE, OFFERING ASSISTANCE TO OFFICE STAFF, SUGGESTING ITEMS TO CLIENTS THAT BEST FIT THEIR VISION FOR THEIR EVENT, LENDING OPINIONS AND PROVIDING PRODUCT INFORMATION.DEVELOPS PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE BY READING UP ON CURRENT TRENDS AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY IN ORDER TO COMMUNICATE IT TO THE CUSTOMER. OUR PRIORITY IS TO ENSURE OUR CUSTOMERS HAVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE. A SALES ASSOCIATE IS DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING CUSTOMERS WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND DRIVING SALES TO MEET COMPANY GOALS AND OBJECTIVES. MAINTAINS A PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE WITH SINCERITY AND ENTHUSIASM REFLECTING THE COMPANY’S COMMITMENT TO OUR CUSTOMERS. A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE SELF-MOTIVATED, ORGANIZED, AND DETAIL-ORIENTED WITH AN ABILITY TO MULTITASK WHILE WORKING IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: THIS POSITION INVOLVES CONSTANT MOVING, TALKING, HEARING, REACHING, GRABBING AND STANDING FOR AT LEAST TWO CONSECUTIVE HOURS. MAY OCCASIONALLY INVOLVE STOOPING, KNEELING, CROUCHING, LIFTING UP TO 30 LBS, AND CLIMBING LADDERS.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
SALES CONSULTATIONS ONE ON ONE WITH CLIENTS. ABILITY TO CLOSE CONSULTATION APPOINTMENT WITH CLIENT LEAVING A DEPOSIT FOR THEIR EVENT.
ASSIST CUSTOMERS WITH THE SELECTION OF FLORAL OPTIONS FOR THEIR EVENT
MANAGE CLIENT ACCOUNTS.
FOLLOW UP WITH CLIENTS AFTER SALES WITH DESIGN & PRODUCTION UPDATES.
ON OCCASION ATTEND EVENTS AND/OR MEETINGS AT PRODUCTION SITES.
ASSIST WITH DAY TO DAY ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES.
COMMUNICATE EXPECTATIONS WITH CLIENTS AND STAFF.
MEET AND/OR EXCEED COMPANY SALES EXPECTATIONS.
