Robert E. Judge, PC is excited to welcome an Entry Level Associate Attorney to become a part of our growing firm. The Firm specializes in commercial litigation with an emphasis on real property law and enforcement of creditor's rights. We are seeking an admitted attorney who is team oriented and ready to learn the basics of becoming a successful litigator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Motion drafting
• Preparation of discovery demands and responses
• Case load management from inception to completion
• Settlement negotiation
• Court Appearances for motions, conferences and trials
