REF ID: 04810-9502806538 CLASSIFICATION: IT Support Analyst III COMPENSATION: DOE Robert Half Technology is in a search of an IT Support Analyst III on the help desk, to troubleshoot technical problems, resolve highly complex issues and provide solutions in Cypress, CA. You will provide technical assistance and support of computers, laptops, printers, departmental applications, and local area networks through remote and onsite services. You will research, plan, install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade desktop software and hardware, and operating systems. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems, including user access and component configuration. JOB REQUIREMENTS: IT Support Analyst III Requirements: At least 2-3 years of experience within a blended Helpdesk/Desktop environment At least 1 year of experience in providing enterprise resource planning (ERP) support for site using Microsoft Dynamics or any other ERP system (JDE, SAP, Maxwell, Salesforce, etc.) Windows OS and Desktop productivity tools such as MS Office Supporting Dell desktops/laptops, Lenovo laptops, HP Printers Help Desk support phone and remote for a mixed environment of Win 7 and Win 10 devices Manage user accounts and computer requests through Active Directory Provided support applications and accounts in Citrix/ Assist remote users with VPN login issues, printing and software updates Experience with SCCM for imaging new computers and re-imaging laptops to Windows 10 Experience with Service Now for tracking incident/ request or any other ticketing system Must be self-motivated and able to work independently, with minimal supervision and as part of a team Problem Solving - Ability to problem solve through problem identification (what is the problem), solution assessment (what can be done), problem documentation (document for future) and problem response (implementing a solution).
