Description Robert Half Technology is currently seeking a HelpdeskDesktop Support Specialist to join a fast growing company in Mission Valley. Will have your own office or cubicle to work from with proper policy and procedures in place for Covid. This individual will be responsible for level one and level two technical support requests by phone, email, and in person of internal employees that work across four offices in California or remotely. Will be working closely with the IT Manager on upcoming IT initiatives and rolling our and upgrades to infrastructure, applications and appliances used across the organization. Will be working within O365 and Active Directory to onboard and deactivate employees accounts and access. Will be responsible for creating and managing ticket que. Evaluating tickets to identify if there are any recurrent issues, or patterns of incidents and resolve any underlying causes. Good analytical and problem solving ability will be needed to efficiently resolve incidents. Looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills and customer service to support employees that work in a high pressure fast paced environment.
