Our client is based in San Francisco, private multi-family office that serves a select group of senior executives, founders and families of significant wealth. They work closely with a high level of investing acumen, direct access and family office services. •Total AUM: $3B •Average client size: $50M •Headcount: 28 people between SF and Reno Responsibilities •Building relationships with clients and custodian service teams •Acting as a liaison to clients’ other rusted advisors (accountants, attorneys, insurance brokers, etc.). •Collaborating with the client team to execute and track financial planning needs, including estate planning, philanthropy, insurance, investments and private banking. •Proactively anticipating client needs and issues, while working quickly and decisively to find resolutions. •Managing new client onboarding and account opening processes. •Servicing brokerage accounts alongside custodians, while processing cashiering needs. This includes executing check and wire requests, bill payment, and account reconciliation. •Maintaining private client files/records and tracking deadlines using our CRM and other systems. •Strictly adhering to the firm’s compliance requirements and operational policies and procedures. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Requirements: •.5 to 2+ years of related experience in wealth management •Tech savvy – they use Slack, Salesforce CRM, etc. •Hungry, Motivated, & Humble. Highly organized with attention to detail. Willing and able to roll up your sleeves and GROW the business. •Takes ownership of their work and enjoys working collaboratively towards a common goal.
