• Assist in gathering specifications, monitoring development, and ensuring successful implementation of new or redesigned systems, reports, and procedures for HR users.
• Supports implementation of new HR systems and added modules.
• Collaborate with HR functional units to determine feasibility of changes to optimize capability of HR systems
• Keep abreast of changes and trends in HR technology, Workday, data & analytics JOB REQUIREMENTS: Requirements -Work experience as an HR Analyst or similar role -Experience using Human Resources Management Systems -Data Analysis -Experience in working with Workday -Excellent analytical skills -Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations -Good research abilities -Familiarity with HR operations including hiring, payroll and employee benefits -BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field
