REF ID: 04810-9502829561 CLASSIFICATION: Business Analyst COMPENSATION: DOE Robert Half Technology is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join a multinational healthcare company to assist with their IT team in Irvine, California. Our client, an industry leader in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer, is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to aid in new company initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a regulated environment, preferably working in bioinformatics or health as a learning curve can be quite extensive. Duties: Responsible for business requirements, functional specification, testing and production release of a given business system implementation Primary contact for all requirements and specification change control including escalated production system support Engage with all stakeholders on timelines, schedule and level of effort required for any assigned system implementation Work alongside the QA and Development team on code development, testing, code merges/versioning, deployments and production releases Handling production issues, planned maintenance and continuous improvement system changes Work closely with stakeholders, SMEs, Development team and QA teams Handle all internal and external communications including any 3rd party vendors on any assigned implementation (Scheduled meetings, status reports, meeting minutes etc.) JOB REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of experience analyzing and translating requirements and specifications into business application concepts and logic 5+ years of experience gathering, writing, and properly documenting Business System Requirements 5+ years of experience analyzing, capturing and writing Functional and Technical Specifications to support Business Requirements 5+ years of experience creating process workflows, wireframes and mockups to support requirements and specifications 4+ years of experience writing Test Plan, Test Cases and Scripts 4+ years of experience conducting and leading Functional and User Acceptance (UAT) testing 4+ years of experience tracking and managing business system changes request such as new features, functionality and bugs/defects Experience conducting system training and system demonstration to end-users and system owners Some work exp. project scorecard and KPI Some work exp. with SDLC such as Waterfall/Agile Some work exp. Microsoft DevOps. (Formally TFS)
