The chosen candidate will perform Financial Analyst tasks such as, providing daily support to the accounting and finance departments, performing routine assignments, and solving routine/standard problems with limited discretion. How you will make an impact - Aid in mixed aspects of the monthly/quarterly/annual close process (i.e. journal entries, account reconciliations, expense analysis, and trend analysis, variance analysis) - Look over final results at the corporate and division levels - Implement productive alternatives and solutions to reduce costs and enhance financial performance of a company - Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits - Provide support with ensuring adequate controls and procedures - Investigate and query substantial amounts of data - Reinforce the monitoring and maintaining internal accounting controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements - Fortify and review budgets and income statement forecasts - Now and then, be able to describe intricate financial subjects to non-financial staff members in special projects - Engage in the assembling of monthly financial reporting and other business data - Partake in annual budgeting process JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Less than one year of experience preferred - Capable of working independently with minimal oversight - Background in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly valued (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role) - High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills - Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems - BA/BS degree in finance or a related field - Perform Quality Assurance experience preferred - Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel - Microsoft Excel experience - Microsoft Office Programs experience desired - Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well If you have previous experience in this type of position and are available to start immediately, we want to hear from you today! .
