REF ID: 00410-0011666306 CLASSIFICATION: Data Analyst COMPENSATION: $28.50 to $33.00 hourly A startup that enables companies to better engage with customers after online purchases, is looking to full-time a temporary Deal Desk Analyst for 6+ months to assist with extra workload. This company provides companies with software that improves the post-purchase experience and is headquartered out of San Francisco! This position is 100% remote with the working hours of 8-5pm PST. Responsibilities of the Deal Desk Analyst: - Ensure adherence to our pricing, quote to contract processes and policies for our sales team - Craft proposals as the go-to liaison between our sales team and legal/finance - Develop an in-depth understanding of licensing models and recommend contract structures - Partner with cross-functional teams including Revenue Accounting and Legal to review or address revenue recognition concerns for non-standard deal structures. - Serve as a point of contact and subject matter expert on deal constructs, special pricing, operations, and revenue policies for ad hoc troubleshooting of deal issues and sales escalations. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Requirements - 2+ years of experience in a deal desk or related sales operations functions. - Highly collaborative, and “customer first” mentality. - An understanding of enterprise sales processes, and the ability to navigate and progress long, complex sales cycles. - Prior experience with complex, cross-functional pricing & proposal execution across sales, legal, and finance. Ability to analyze and recommend licensing structures and contract terms. - Clear and thoughtful communicator with exceptional critical thinking skills, and unafraid to voice a point of view. - Self-motivated and innovative, with the ability to lead internal stakeholders by influence if needed. - Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills - Able to thrive within a high growth, dynamic environment - Prior experience with Salesforce and quote to contract (CPQ) tools and process a definite plus - Salesforce.com, Salesforce Sales Cloud ** If you believe that you will be a good fit for this opportunity, please send your updated resume (in Word format) and a brief intro to Sabrina Scott at sabrina.scott@accountemps.com.
