Job Title: Receptionist at Immigration Law Firm

Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide accurate information to callers
Schedule appointments and manage the firm's calendar efficiently
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
Assist attorneys and staff with administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and data entry
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain and update client records and files in a confidential and organized manner
Collaborate with the legal team to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations
Act as a liaison between clients and attorneys, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Familiarity with office equipment and computer systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Knowledge of immigration laws and procedures is a plus, but not required
Bilingual language skills English and Spanish is a must.
