    In 2006 I became a licensed real estate salesperson. Joining a team to learn from them wasn't in the cards. To say that I had no idea what I was getting into would be an understatement. I thought I’d sell a few homes, make enough money to pay my bills, and call it a day. Never in my wildest dreams did I think, what I was getting into would turn into a real-life business, with structure, systems, admin support, amazing teammates, vendors, so on and so forth! Real estate has so many moving parts, it’s impossible for one person to do it all the right way, and even if then, without help, it’s unlikely to build a profitable business without working yourself into the ground. Fast forward 14 years and the Robert Mack Group is up and running and we’re looking for help. Currently, we are a team of 5.Myself, Kristy, our operations manager who is the glue that holds our team together, Ryan Christian who are rock star sales partners in the making, and our virtual video/content manager! We are a family and together, we help every client we meet to improve their quality of life through the services we have to offer. During my time as an agent, I’ve learned so much and I want to pass that down to likeminded, hungry, and committed professionals to help them accelerate their success by learning from the mistakes I’ve already made. I know how hard it is to build a real estate business and I know how hard it is to do it on your own, so I’m offering a win-win situation to 2 committed individuals. RMG is looking for 2 new sales partners. Our ideal candidates are individuals studying to take the real estate exam up to agents with 1-3 years’ experience in real estate sales.No experience or limited experience is okay, we will train from the ground up if need be! This isn’t easy, but you will have EVERY tool at your disposal, including constant mentoring from the team, goal planning, and professionally hired coaches and mastermind partners to keep you accountable to your goals. If you’re willing to sponge up everything and execute, your success is inevitable. We are looking for specific individuals that we feel match our team vibe. WE PROVIDE... • LEADS... lots of leads • First-class marketing materials and sales support • Extensive back-office paperwork/admin support • A proven training/tutoring program • Advanced mentoring on a weekly basis • A respected, highly reputable team of motivated (and highly paid) individuals Responsibilities: • 3 hours of lead generation per day • Numbers tracking and daily accountability • Scheduling appointments with consumers • Go on appointments and show property • Write negotiate offers • Prepare CMA’s • Participate in weekly team meetings and team events • Communicate with admin daily on all pending files Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Organized and manages time effectively Tech savvy Past sales experience is preferred Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Great communication and social skills • Must be working towards getting your real estate license if you don't already have one Compensation: $40,000 - $70,000
