Must be technology-ready. This role is for BOTH Licensed Real Estate Agents and Non-Real Estate License Team Members. Want to get your license? We will help you get there! Monday-Friday - Full-Time Required • 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM COMPENSATION: • $24,000-$30,000 Salary Plus Commission and Bonus THE CHOICE TO ENROLL IN HEALTH BENEFITS AFTER 90 DAYS Responsibilities: • High Visibility - The candidate must be polished, outgoing, and professional for this unique role • Inside Sales position - The job will be utilizing our technology to work with incoming listing leads and buyer leads. • This position will process inbound text and telephone follow-up, obtaining information to set appointments. Qualifications: • We will invest in the right person with professional training, but you must have some minimum qualifications:Juggling Tasks in various modes - calling, emailing, texting, social media with accuracy will be crucial to success in this position.
