At Roberts Communications Network, LLC (“RCN”), we pride ourselves as solution creators. RCN is an established, yet rapidly expanding Media and Communications service provider based in Henderson, NV. RCN provides 24 x 7 broadcast distribution to various commercial and consumer platforms within North America, Latin America, and other regions across the globe, using satellite, fiber, and internet connectivity. We have expanded our operations with the construction of a new, state of the art, 70,000 square foot broadcast facility. RCN is looking for a Communications Services Confirmation Analyst to oversee the management and scheduling of the platform services we provide to our customers, while ensuring that corresponding procedures are adhered to.

Responsibilities:

· Review and confirm Customer schedules, bookings, and updates as well as internal documents and systems.

· Works off hours and weekends as required to manage volume of events during certain times of year.

· Identifies and ensures proper data is accurate and maintained, across all related platforms.

· Works directly with RCN’s sales representatives and administrative staff, as needed to perform tasks.

· Assists with maintaining deadlines & scheduling data, ensuring departmental productivity goals are consistently met.

· Safeguards procedures to ensure workflow from one department to the next is as seamless as possible.

· Maintains operational workflow for content management & trafficking implementation across all RCN’s distribution platforms.

· Collaborates with Department Head and co-workers to build a team environment of collective responsibility and accountability.

· Contributes information for Executive Management evaluations as required.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

· Demonstrated exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities and perform other job responsibilities in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment

· Experience in a broadcast and/or streaming media environment, with the ability to analyze multiple terrestrial fiber, satellite, and internet-based transmissions with detailed accuracy and efficiency.

· Excellent client and interpersonal skills, with a flexible and empathetic attitude

· Detail oriented and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic marketplace and work environment

· Thrives under tight deadlines in a 24x7 mission critical environment

· Skilled in communicating timelines and urgency with internal teams and stakeholders
