    This role is a unique blend of office-based administrative duties and client-facing responsibilities at our clients' luxury residences. It's important that in both settings, you demonstrate professionalism, knowledge, and competence, reflecting the high standards our clients expect from us. Responsibilities: • Complete administrative tasks for home buyer and seller transactions, focusing on luxury properties • Communicate with clients both verbally and in writing. • Assist agents, clients, and stakeholders with the completion of contacts, addenda, and all required documents. • Schedule and attend showings, inspections, assist and oversee entire real estate transactions. • Ensure all transaction documents are accurate, complete, and received by their due date. • Manage client information in our database and ensure compliance. • Attend and support closing events and client engagements at luxury properties. • Oversee daily office operations. Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills • Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred • Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. • Proficient in Microsoft Office with a strong tech-savvy approach. • Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. • Strong ability to multi-task while working in and out of office • College degree required. • Current PA real estate licensee preferred. • Experience or strong interest in the luxury real estate market. • Must be able to present as knowledgeable, professional, and highly competent to our clients. Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000
