    Sales Representative (High Ticket Coaching) Are you a super-driven person who LOVES to help others improve their lives and businesses, all while having upside income potential? We’re searching for a hungry and driven sales representative who can drive revenue and meet sales KPIs while also delivering tremendous value to our clients by pairing them with the right products and programs. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn potential customer prospects into qualified leads. Our ideal candidate has previously worked in a sales role, is an excellent dealmaker, and loves talking to people on the phone and in person. But you'll need to be available during general business hours PDT/EDT. Compensation: Commission Only – Our sales reps make between $5k/mo-$10k/mo+ Responsibilities: What You'll Be Doing: You will be responsible for prospecting, enrolling, and nurturing new clients into the training program. You will also assist with defaulted payments, handle refund requests, and assist the client success teams as needed. • Enrolling: You will conduct the majority of your sales calls virtually, and you are responsible for meeting sales KPIs. • Nurturing: You must manage your sales pipeline to nurture leads who do not immediately purchase. • Collaborate with the sales team, fulfillment team, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. This Is For You If: • You enjoy selling a product that teaches clients how to take control of their personal financial future. • You have integrity and focus on enrolling clients who we can actually help • You're a self-starter who takes initiative but also values being a part of a collaborative team • You actively look to improve, personally and professionally through books, courses, etc • You take personal accountability for your earning potential • You have sales experience (high-ticket preferred, but not mandatory) This Is NOT For You If: • You have less than 6 months of sales experience • Want a position for flexibility and travel freedom only • Aren’t willing to work 50-60 hrs/week if needed • Have no interest in continuing to train and improve your sales skills • Can’t take criticism or feedback Qualifications: • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills • Successful experience providing customer service preferred • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process is preferred • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • You are an organized, detail oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals • Must be located within the United States • Above all else, you MUST be hungry, coachable, and driven to be the best Compensation: $5,000-$10,000 monthly at plan commission
