As an Information Systems Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in administering our Salesforce instance and integrating it with other cloud applications.

    Responsibilities:

    • Administer the company's Salesforce instance, supporting approximately 60 active users.
    • Own and manage integrations with other cloud applications, ensuring seamless communication between systems.
    • Build and customize Salesforce features for colleagues, including flows, processes, datasets, reports, and dashboards.
    • Collaborate with unit leaders to streamline business processes within Salesforce, eliminating manual tasks and inefficiencies.
    • Manage data synchronizations to ensure accuracy, correctness, and timeliness of information.
    • Guide colleagues through workflow changes to align with Salesforce capabilities or customize the application to fit their needs.
    • Oversee third-party vendors and developers, ensuring deliverables meet our standards and objectives.
    • Design and execute training programs to empower colleagues with Salesforce proficiency.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent practical experience.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a technology-related role, with a strong understanding of systems integration.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including customization, configuration, and user management is preferred.
    • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects, while also collaborating effectively with team members.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Experience managing third-party vendors and driving successful partnerships.
    • Willingness to work in the office a couple of days a week, with potential for remote work flexibility.
