Job Description

We are seeking a PLANNER to join our team. This individual will assist the Planning Manager in creating master batch records Tablets/Capsules/Softgel and scheduler. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate assigned customer orders and ensure company resources are utilized appropriately.
• Create master batch records.
• Issue batch record for production.
• Reviewing and verifying all required information is accurate on the MBR.
• Get 4 difference department approved and sign master and batch record before hand to production.
• Follow up Raw Material arrival date to ensure the accuracy and stability on production schedule.
• Close working relationship with purchasing to get the status of raw material coming.
• Request to order RM for gelatin and Enteric Coated if need it.
• Issues pick ticket to warehouse raw material handling.
• Issues formula to weigh up and schedule which order is priority.
• Follow up the order until it complete from weigh up and schedule for production.
• Update production schedule Tablet/Capsule & Soft gel daily and send to the group.
• Close working with production, sale and customer service staff to provide the best available ship date for customers.
• Issue batch record to packaging or let customer service know the order is complete.
• Completes other duties as assigned by manager or Executive team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor Degree preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years work experience in the manufacture and planner/scheduler.
• Basic computer skills
• Understanding of SOP and cGMPs
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively.
• Demonstrate good attendance and punctuality.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English/Vietnamese
