Robotic Machine Operator
About the Role
We are hiring a Robotic Machine Operator for a hands-on, technical manufacturing position. This is not a passive machine-monitoring job. You will be actively involved in setting up, operating, adjusting, and troubleshooting multi-axis robotic equipment to produce quality parts.
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and a strong problem solver who takes pride in their work and enjoys working with advanced manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate multi-axis robotic machinery
- Prepare equipment for production runs and changeovers
- Load materials and components into machines
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot equipment and production issues
- Identify and correct problems that affect production or quality
- Verify finished products meet specifications and quality standards
- Follow work instructions, drawings, and production specifications
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain accuracy
- Perform basic equipment checks and routine maintenance
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Work independently while contributing to overall production goals
Qualifications
- Previous machine operating, CNC, robotic, manufacturing, or technical production experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with machinery and technical equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn equipment setup and operating procedures
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Good math and measurement skills
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot production issues
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Strong commitment to quality and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
