    Job Description

The commercial division, RR.AI, works with trusted OEM partners to deliver these autonomous solutions across the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe, and Saudi Arabia.  The defense division of Robotic Research designs and implements solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics, enhance situational awareness, and save lives by extending the warfighter’s reach through transformable robots, automated vehicles, and GPS-denied localization devices.

    CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS: US Citizenship required.

    CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: This position may require a security clearance in the future.  Applicants must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    The Supplier Liaison will be responsible for…

    • Directly overseeing internal and external compliance with teams of significant supplier agreements (Contract Manufacturing Agreements, Supplier Agreements, Service Agreements, etc.)
    • Maintaining an up-to-date repository of supplier quality, certification, licensing, registration, and other documents.
    • Reviewing, entering, and maintaining supplier records and data within the ERP system.
    • Conducting initial supplier screening and ISO-9001 compliant qualification activities.
    • Conducting audits and evaluations of supplier performance and ongoing compliance with ISO-9001.
    • Recording, documenting, logging, and assisting in the resolution of supplier nonconformances and corrective actions in coordination with the quality department.
    • Conducting supplier sourcing, price analysis, justification, and quote acquisition in compliance with applicable federal regulations.
    • Supporting contracts, facilities, IT, procurement, and accounting on the review, development, and implementation of processes and requirements related to contactor, subcontractor, and consultant agreements.

    REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:  

    • Customer service skills 
    • Possess good interpersonal, communication, and team player skills
    • Ability to pay attention to details with a high level of accuracy 
    • Analytical, problem solving, multi-tasking is a must
    • Strong written, verbal, and customer focused email skills
    • MS Excel and Word skills

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 

    • High school diploma or equivalent 
    • 2+ years experience working with suppliers

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

    • Experience with Deltek Cost Point 
    • Accounting knowledge 
    • Familiar with the DoD environment

     

    OFFICE LOCATION: Clarksburg, MD

    TELE-WORK OPPORTUNITIES:  Hybrid (up to 2 days per week remote) after on-site training
