Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Locus robots and associated equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, sensor, and communication system failures.
• Monitor robot performance and respond to system alerts and equipment downtime.
• Replace defective components, batteries, drive units, sensors, and other robotic hardware.
• Conduct software updates and assist with system configuration changes as required.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and repair documentation.
• Support warehouse operations by quickly responding to equipment issues.
• Perform routine inspections to identify potential failures before they impact production.
• Assist with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
