· Understands and coordinates programming and optimizes motion profiles at an expert level.

· Troubleshoots equipment failures and problems, maintains production flow.
· Performs adjustments to processes and equipment to produce a product that meets company standards and customer requirements.
· Assists and instructs Hot Stamp Technician Sr. or other workers in machine setup and operation.
· Performs routine and preventative maintenance throughput the automated cell utilizing a variety and hand tools.
· Responsible for throughput, quality, and raw materials consumed at the hot stamping cell, strives to improve performance and productivity of the entire process.
· Establish training process for Transfer Technician, Hot Stamp Technician and Hot Stamp Technician Sr.

Required Experience
This full-time salary role is a part of our Operations team and reports to the Hot Stamping Manager.
Required experience:
· Ability to operate and improve productivity of hot stamping cells.
· Ability to complete die / tooling changes at hot stamping production cells.
· Ability to do PLC Programming.
· Ability to maintain tooling.
· Ability to obtain company hi-lo and crane licenses.
