  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Define and build the go to market strategy for Salesforce partnership with Robots and Pencils; including service offerings
    • Partner with the Client Partners to win new clients, and with Account Managers for existing clients and achieve associated revenue goals against targeted R&P service offerings/solutions for Salesforce.
    • Work with cross-functional teams, foster critical relationships within the partner ecosystems and showcase Salesforce’s technology to our partners and customers.
    • Act as the main brand ambassador and trusted advisor alongside our key stakeholders within partner ecosystems
    • Manage the channel process, setting performance metrics such as sales targets and key metrics, forecasting and reporting Business Development growth to company leadership
    • Develop a clear set of priorities and specific goals for growing customer pipeline, wins and deal closures
    • Lead efforts to work cooperatively with other R&P stakeholders including account managers and practice leads to create and deliver sales presentations, proposals, estimates and periodic client reviews.
    • Work with internal stakeholders and cross-platform Practices to leverage opportunities for service
    • Leverage experience and network to identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and maximize the Robots and Pencils' opportunity within partner accounts, as applicable
    • Ensure Salesforce partner status and certification levels are maintained, as well as manage all compliance activities associated with the relationship
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • At least 10 combined years of demonstrated experience in full-cycle sales and experience working with a top Global System Integrator or major Cloud Solution Provider. Experience with scaling a product is considered an asset.
    • Significant industry experience in a vertical that may include retail, education, financial services, technology or healthcare.
    • Direct experience with Salesforce and ideally an established Salesforce network.
    • Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant experience in sales and/or the tech industry.
    • Strong external sales and growth focus.
    • Excellent communication and c-suite presentation skills.
    • Prefer you to have a strong, existing network of clients, within R&P’s key verticals, based in the US.
    • Experience with helping clients build new digital products, services and experiences
    • Experience in selling custom software development
    • Average travel requirement is 50%, depending on client and your location.
