    Job Summary

    We are looking for a highly skilled Master Automotive Technician with strong diagnostic abiltity to join our team. We only use high quality parts and we have a 4 year 48,000 mile nationwide warranty. Technicians are paid the full labor rate for warranty work. We have professionally trained serviced advisors that are in ongoing training programs. We have free towing for our customers. Shop is heated and we have large fans for cooling in the summer. Shop has all LED overhead lighting. Lots of new shop equipment including three Snap On shop scanners that are continually updated. Shop pays for training, ASE certifications, and renewals. Technician Hours are 8am to 5pm, be home in time for dinner. We have an amazing shop culture, our technicians love coming to work. We have Identifix, and AllData. Top pay, pay depends on experience, and ASE Certifications.

    As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles. You must be comfortable using the shops computer software and have extensive knowledge of vehicle systems.

    Responsibilities

    Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes

    Assist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols

    Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements

    Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes

    Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business

    Convey necessary vehicle repair information to the service advisors in a clear and concise manner

    This is a flat rate pay job

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or GED is required

    An associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program is preferred

    Automotive Service Excellence/ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers/SAE certification is preferred

    Strong customer service and communications skills are required
