ROCHE BOBOIS, worldwide leading brand in high-end European designer furniture is pleased to open a full-time After Sales Coordinator position at its busy Secaucus office. You will be working for our fast-expanding group of East Coast stores. Come and join our team!
Working under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager, you will have the opportunity to grow within our company, discover our industry and be an active member of our friendly and dynamic After Sales Service team.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Taking customer’s requests and scheduling appointments for technical visits
- Answer customer calls and help solve customer issues
- Improve customer satisfaction reporting tool and data accuracy
- Discover technical aspects of our products and assist After Sales Manager in handling customer files
- Manage spare parts inventory and orders, in relation with After Sales Service and Warehouse
PROFILE:
- Associate’s degree minimum
- Upholstery/woodworking experience/luxury goods interest is a plus
- French/Italian speaking is a plus
- Dynamic, organized, punctual, detail-oriented and hands-on individual, willing to learn, to create and to grow within the organization.
