SUMMARY:
To serve the vision of Rock City Church by providing detail-oriented oversight of the organization's financial accounts and records. To assist the HR and Finance Director in management of the organization's payroll and benefits administration.
GENERAL DUTIES:
- Oversee vendor and invoice data management
- Handle all vendor communication
- Assist giving team with weekly counting, as needed
- Oversee all receivables beyond donation intake
- Management of company credit cards and reporting
- Assist with writing of contracts, policies and procedures
- Own all bookkeeping for The Columbus Dream Center
- Assist with management of payroll data and time tracking
- Support benefits administration
- Act as liaison with insurance needs
- Support payroll and benefits compliance
- Oversee HR Staff Training
- Create and have ownership of financial reports
- Participate in department meetings to discuss methods of enhancing the financial reporting of the organization
- Other duties as assigned
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, preferred
- Experience in Non-Profit Finance, preferred
- Experience in Excel, required
- Experience in Sage Intacct, preferred

- High communication and interpersonal skills
