Pinks Pizza is currently looking for highly motivated, growth oriented ROCK STARS to manage our restaurants and upcoming new locations. The Manager provides leadership and strategic direction for their operation to include restaurant, bar, outside sales and catering. This manager must maintain Operations and drive results through people development, sales and profit growth. The manager must hire, train and develop Crüe and Supervisors that share the Brand values and culture. The manager must convey the Brand’s culture to his / her crew and be a creative team player who likes to work hard, ROCK HARDER and show sincere dedication to the Brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AREAS OF FOCUS
People Management: Owns staffing in Venue by conducting interviews and providing timely feedback to the General Manager. Ensures the environment inside and outside the Operation is safe at all times for both Crüe and Guests; . Creates Crüe schedules to ensure proper staffing levels for expected sale volumes, while taking Crüe availability and managing payroll and overtime costs; ensure the organization and implementation of the Venue’s training program aligns with the standards of the company; owns the performance of the entire Crüe; provides a world class experience for the talent, their crew and their guests; delivers a rock star, VIP experience to every guest; maximizes Crüe morale in venue through respect, recognition and reward; promotes a work hard ROCK HARDER environment.
Sales Driven, Profit Smart: Understands the importance of prioritizing initiatives that drive sales in comparison to cutting costs; develops effective Marketing strategies that are organized and focused on building top line revenues; actively engages in a multi-faceted approach to promoting live entertainment to ensure maximum exposure with a responsible budget to sell more tickets; effectively manages budgets to ensure a proper balance is reached in gaining efficiencies without degrading the product or overall anticipated and expected experiences; LOVES Marketing the Brand through innovative and “out of the box” thinking!
Operations Management: Maintains an immaculately clean Operation; identifies and communicates maintenance problems to General Manager [fixes within approval threshold]; maintains all facilities to the Brand’s company standards; ensures communication is passed across organization from the General Manager to every Crüe in the Operation. Plans and executes special events, fundraisers, private parties, off site events and live entertainment. Uses company provided tools to coach, mentor and develop a high performing Venue team; ensures all risk management issues are in compliance with company standards.
Business Development: Represents the Brand in conjunction with the Vision statement in the local community; develops and executes local marketing programs; identifies and knows local trade area; plans and executes a thorough and integrated community partnership strategy that enhances the quality of the guest experience and overall image of the Brand in the community.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required, some College preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license
Must have reliable transportation
Proficient in a variety of technology systems, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to adapt to new systems quicklyOn occasion, may be required to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to fifty pounds; kneel, bend or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; reach and grasp objects
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2 plus years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience
Knowledge and skills in analyzing profit and loss statements and overall financial performance of restaurant
Knowledge and skills in staffing
Knowledge of Labor Laws
Community Marketing experience a plus
Ability to lead, motivate and empower the Crüe to higher levels of performance
Ability to align Crüe to the culture by balancing working hard with ROCKING harder
Ability to manage basic tasks, the Venue’s Crüe and fiscal Operations
Takes initiative
Has excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to manage all public dealings in a professional manner
Ability to recognize problems and problem solve
