Seeking a self-motivated team player with the desire to work within the heavy civil construction industry. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable and proficient in heavy equipment, agriculture equipment, and heavy truck and trailer maintenance and repair. The candidate must be willing to adapt to challenges in a fast-paced environment and must be able to problem-solve on specialty and custom-built equipment within a diversified fleet. We utilize technology and software to aid in information flow from the field to shop and working with computers, tablets, and smartphones is a must. Starting wage per hour based on expertise. Continuing wages based on value, and paid weekly via direct deposit. Responsibilities: • Diagnose and troubleshoot repairs/issues  • Perform routine maintenance  • Welding  • Fabrication  • Source and procure repair parts timely and cost-effectively  • Repair equipment and trucks safely and timely • Diesel engines • Hydraulic systems • Electrical systems  • Create, track, and complete Work Orders on tablet through software Qualifications: • Heavy highway truck experience required • Wirtgen and/or Caterpillar Reclaimer or Mill experience preferred • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-through skills • Strong problem-solving skills with solution orientated focus • Team player with effective communication skills (oral and written) • Proven commitment to project integrity • Must embrace innovation and technology • Willingness to travel • Class A CDL preferred with HazMat Endorsement  • Completion of technical school and/or 3 years experience with heavy equipment/truck COMPREHENSIVE BENEFITS PACKAGE INCLUDING • 100% company paid year-round medical/vision/dental premiums for employees/spouse/family after 90 days • 401(k) plan with company contributions (minimum 4% company contribution) after 1 year of service • Company-paid life insurance policy • Long term disability coverage paid • Annual bonus plan, referral bonus, and other performance/safety incentives possible • Paid time off Compensation: $25 - $40 based on experience
