ABOUT THE ROLE:
RockItCoin is seeking a Compliance Analyst whose mission is to support RockItCoin’s Compliance goals by performing Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) of customers as outlined in the company’s compliance policies and/or as directed by the Chief Compliance Officer. In this role, you will assist in the identification, analysis, and resolution of compliance issues. You will work in an energetic office environment, ensuring compliance standards are met and helping us achieve our goal of bringing cryptocurrency to the masses!
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Assist in the identification, analysis, and resolution of compliance issues.
- Perform Enhanced Due Diligence.
- Interact with Customer Service team for all compliance questions and escalations.
- Communicate directly with customers to collect additional information as required.
- Assist with coordinating documentation for external exams and audits.
- Assist with analyzing and detecting problem areas, patterns, and trends.
- Interact with kiosk software and proprietary data management tools to perform compliance duties such as adjusting customer limits, collecting information, and updating/approving customers/transactions.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Chief Compliance Officer.

- Basic understanding of compliance and operational risks and internal control frameworks.
