About the Role:
RockItCoin is seeking a Customer Service Agent to play a pivotal role in assisting our customers with cryptocurrency transactions conducted through our nationwide kiosk network. In this position, you will gain insights into consumer-facing cryptocurrency transactions and acquire experience in AML, KYC, as well as marketing websites and platforms, including AdWords and Google My Business. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, possesses customer service expertise, and has a working knowledge of the crypto landscape.
