    About the Role:

    RockItCoin is seeking a Customer Service Agent to play a pivotal role in assisting our customers with cryptocurrency transactions conducted through our nationwide kiosk network. In this position, you will gain insights into consumer-facing cryptocurrency transactions and acquire experience in AML, KYC, as well as marketing websites and platforms, including AdWords and Google My Business. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, possesses customer service expertise, and has a working knowledge of the crypto landscape.

    We are rapidly growing and looking for a self-motivated and goal-oriented individual eager to build a career in the blockchain technology industry. You will work in an energetic office environment and help us achieve our goal of bringing cryptocurrency to the masses!

    What You Will Do:

    • Answer communications from customers and assist them in buying and selling cryptocurrency at the RockItCoin kiosks.
    • Maintain Customer experience in Genesis software with their crypto transactions.
    • Monitor systems including Genesis, Freshdesk, Grasshopper, and Gmail.
    • Provide support for customers and team in order to increase efficiency and sales.
    • Follow all compliance and reporting requirements to assist RockItCoin as a registered Money Services Business (“MSB”).
    • Educating customers on the ATM and the functions of the RockItCoin app.
    • Explaining blockchain to customers to help provide an understanding of what happened with their transactions.
    • Miscellaneous administrative and office work.
    • Other related tasks as assigned.

    What We Are Looking For:

    • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
    • Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
    • Ability to maintain calm when speaking to frustrated customers.
    • Experience in a customer service position or call center is a plus.
    • Critical thinker who is resourceful in finding solutions.
    • Reliable and Trustworthy.
    • Ability to take direction and work cooperatively with others.
    • Outstanding work ethic, integrity, and commitment.
    • Basic understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem is a plus.

    Schedule:

    • Flexible Schedule
    • Full-Time: 40 hours a week
    • Training Requirement: Must be available for on-site training for 1-2 months during hours between 9 am and 5 pm
