    We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer’s agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Responsibilities: Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM • Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents Qualifications: Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends Has superb interpersonal and communication skills High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Must possess a real estate license • Willingness to learn new tools, systems and technologies • Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service • Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly and love meeting new people • Forward thinking, proactive, dynamic and performs well under pressure  Compensation: $75,000 plus with incentives
