    We are looking for a hungry sales representative who is excited to sell an innovative, B2B, media platform and has the tenacity to grow into a revenue machine. You will be assisting small business owners to enhance their customer's in-store experience with solutions ranging from Music to TV to Digital Signage. This role requires full sales cycle and growth/success management.

    The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, between Sales and Customer Success. We expect you to be a reliable professional - able to drive results while respecting customer wants and needs.

    The goal is to grow opportunities and turn them in long-term profitable relationships built on trust and mutual success - a true win-win relationship!

    Account Executive Responsibilities:

    • Manage the entire sales cycle
    • Establish & nurture customer relationships to help facilitate account growth
    • Introduce & demo products to prospective customers
    • Keep track of sales trends and clean data in our CRM ('ZenDesk Sell', used to be 'Base')
    • Negotiate win-win agreements
    • Help triage support requests and disputes

    Account Executive Requirements:

    • Excited and hungry to help SMBs enhance their customer's in-store experience
    • 1-2 years of sales experience (SDR, BDR, or AE)
    • Experience selling in-store hardware/software solution preferred
    • Knowledge of and experience implementing sales strategy principles
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Effective negotiation skills
    • Strong business acumen
    • Experience with CRMs, sales processes, & tools like Google Suite, Yesware...etc
    • BA/BS in Business, Marketing or a related field
