Job Description

We are looking for a BUSINESS TO BUSINESS SALES LEADER to accelerate our business while maintaining our high standards.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Become familiar with the heavy building materials industry.

• Find, sell, and close new customers in the San Francisco Bay Area, meeting quarterly sales goals.

• Work with Rockery’s founders to identify strategic opportunities to drive sales, such as product or platform improvements.

• Own the sales process at all levels, continuously improving it for better results.

• Ensure customer success by providing exceptional, responsive service.

A TYPICAL DAY INCLUDES:

• Inside sales, including cold-calling and emailing prospects.

• Outside sales, including customer visits and sourcing new leads in person.

• Market research, learning the trends in the local market and identifying opportunities.

• Responding to customer issues, creatively problem-solving to meet their expectations.

• Maintaining customer data in our CRM to stay organized and current.

• Has proven sales experience.

• Provides critical feedback to improve our business processes as we grow.

• Is passionate about improving the lives of our customers.

• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
