Job Description
We are looking for a BUSINESS TO BUSINESS SALES LEADER to accelerate our business while maintaining our high standards.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
Become familiar with the heavy building materials industry.
Find, sell, and close new customers in the San Francisco Bay Area, meeting quarterly sales goals.
Work with Rockery’s founders to identify strategic opportunities to drive sales, such as product or platform improvements.
Own the sales process at all levels, continuously improving it for better results.
Ensure customer success by providing exceptional, responsive service.
A TYPICAL DAY INCLUDES:
Inside sales, including cold-calling and emailing prospects.
Outside sales, including customer visits and sourcing new leads in person.
Market research, learning the trends in the local market and identifying opportunities.
Responding to customer issues, creatively problem-solving to meet their expectations.
Maintaining customer data in our CRM to stay organized and current.

Provides critical feedback to improve our business processes as we grow.
Is passionate about improving the lives of our customers.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
