We are seeking an OFFICE ASSISTANT/ PERSONAL ASSISTANT to join our team in Port Orange Florida! Our ideal candidate will be a true go-getter assisting with sales, customer service, assembly, shipping, and receiving. This position will assist in all aspects of the business including order management in a well-organized work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Telephone/email sales and customer service
- Shipping orders accurately by various methods
- Receiving incoming shipments
- Assembly of micro-batteries and electronic components
- Packaging products for stock
- Managing logistics for different types of orders
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Multitasking while maintaining the quality of work
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in battery and electronic component assembly preferred, but not required
- Experience with shipping, logistics, or other related fields helpful.
