We're looking for a Product Analyst Summer Intern who can work with members of the Product team to help imagine the future of the Rocketbook app.  The Analyst is also expected to help with app usage analysis, competitor and business opportunity analysis, and customer development.  The focus of this role is on innovating and helping us determine where we should go next.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

• User development via user interviews, support requests, and user inquiries
• Collaborate with the product team to analyze results from app experiments and data from app usage
• Visualize and use data to inform the product team about new app features and improvements
• Answer customer support emails and conduct app QA
• Help with general business operations

REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing
• Open to all majors and concentrations
• Takes initiative and has a track record of leadership experiences
• Willingness to do “whatever it takes” to help the company
• Ability to self-organize with minimal guidance/competing priorities
• Some nice to haves: proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Sketch, Video Editing

TIMING AND COMPENSATION

• May/June 2021  start
• 10-week internship (option to extend)
• $680 per week
