    The Sales Operations team is growing and we are looking for a creative, innovative, and resourceful Order Management Specialist. Your mission will be to keep the outflow of product and orders running smoothly - maximizing our revenue and customer satisfaction all at the same time. You'll collaborate daily with the Sales Team to support them in fulfilling customer requests, and you'll communicate directly with customers all over the world. You will have a massive impact on the company trajectory as you will implement concepts that will fuel Rocketbook's next phase of crazy growth.

    • Experienced in order management (a minimum of 3 years)
    • Capable with Microsoft Excel as well as GoogleDocs & GoogleSheets 
    • Must be familiar with pivot tables, vlookups, data validation, formatting, and advanced filtering
    • Familiar with EDI and QBO as an OMS

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Fulfill orders, including order entry, administration, shipping and delivery of goods from receipt to delivery.
    • Confirm and verify information on purchase orders, including pricing, products, freight terms and payment terms.
    • Perform accurate data entry into company tracking system, including order entry, credits, debits and pricing.
    • Coordinate with warehouse and Logistics Manager on demand and inventory, concerning material availability for timely shipments.
    • Provide documentation to customers upon request or as needed or as standard customer requirements.
    • Communicate with third party logistic provider 
    • Manage customer consignment order activities and perform monthly inventory reconciliation, ensure accurate monthly billing
    • Provide backup support to team members.
    • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries.
    • Track and respond to partner compliance issues
    • Manage weekly reconciliation of units shipped
