Drive inside sales by identifying opportunities, upselling, and closing deals over the phone

Use ServiceTitan software to track customers, schedule jobs, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks

Stay sharp, organized, and detail-oriented even when the pace is intense

Deliver exceptional customer service while navigating multiple priorities simultaneously

Collaborate with a high-energy team to keep workflow smooth and efficient

Who You Are:

A proven CSR with inside sales experience who thrives in fast-paced environments

Obsessed with details—accuracy matters to you even when things are moving at lightning speed

Experienced with ServiceTitan or similar software (preferred but not required)
