Chiropractic Clinic | Patient Experience + Financial Leadership
We’re looking for a high-performing Front Desk & Financial Coordinator to be a cornerstone of our chiropractic clinic’s success.
This is not an entry-level front desk role. This position is for someone who is confident, polished, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment—someone who can lead financial conversations, support care plan conversions, and create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.

Your Impact
In this role, you are the gatekeeper of patient experience and financial clarity. Your ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and confidently guide patients through care and payment decisions directly impacts patient outcomes, clinic flow, and revenue.
What You’ll Own
Patient Experience & Front Office Leadership
Deliver a warm, professional, and consistent patient experience at every touchpoint
Lead daily front desk operations including check-in, check-out, scheduling, and phone communication
Anticipate needs, manage priorities, and keep the clinic running smoothly—even on busy days
Maintain accurate, compliant patient records in the EMR
Financial Coordination & Care Plan Conversations
Lead care plan and financial discussions with confidence, clarity, and professionalism
Clearly explain treatment recommendations, fees, insurance benefits, and payment options
Collect copays, cash plans, co-insurance, and balances without hesitation
Ensure patients fully understand expectations before moving forward with care
Support insurance verification, billing coordination, and documentation
Assist with patient statements and financial processes related to PI and PIP cases
Operations & Administrative Excellence
Monitor daily schedules and proactively manage flow, cancellations, and gaps
Support providers by keeping operations efficient and on time
Handle administrative tasks with accuracy, urgency, and follow-through
Marketing, Retention & Growth Support
Support internal referral and reactivation efforts
Assist with patient follow-ups, promotions, and retention initiatives
Represent the clinic with consistency, professionalism, and confidence in all external marketing events

Experience & Skills That Set You Apart
Experience in a chiropractic, medical, or healthcare front office role strongly preferred
Proven comfort with financial coordination, care plan reviews, and payment collection
Experience with insurance verification; PI/PIP experience a strong plus
Proficiency with EMRs and standard office software
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving clinic setting
