Supervisor: Production Director

Essential Duties:

Assist with AVL integration including but not limited to:

Pulling cables, terminations of cables to plates/panels/racks

Mounting/hanging AVL equipment including: tvs, screens, projectors, speakers, cameras

Inspect, troubleshoot, test and correct your own work

Assists with scheduled maintenance on technical equipment

Assists other members of Production Staff with projects and development

Assist with preparation of technical aspects for weekend services

Assists with volunteer recruitment, training, and scheduling for Production

Assists with Special projects and events (production support for funerals, events, etc.)

Desired Qualifications:

Committed (or willing to be) to Rocky Mountain Christian Church and adopt Rocky’s Statement of Faith and Staff Values

Audio/Video/Lighting background preferred

Proficient on MAC Platform

Tech savvy, organizational, and communication skills

Trouble-shooting and problem solving skills

A strong desire to learn

A valid driver’s license

Reliable transportation

Personal Health insurance

Physical Demands of Job:

Sit/stand for long periods of time

Work at heights on ladders, lifts, catwalks

Physical ability to walk, crawl and work in difficult positions and areas

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted

On location (Niwot or Frederick)

Schedule:

Averaging 20 hours a week

Flexible schedule, but this position does require Sunday mornings and some Tuesday evenings

Example schedule: Tues. 1p-8p, Wed. 9a-4p, Sun 6:30a-12:30
