Rocky Mountain Health Advocates are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our amazing team. In one of our 4 Colorado locations, our advocates work 4 to 5 shifts per week at 5-8 hours per shift. We offer competitive pay and reviews with the potential for raises after 60 days. Qualifications and Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Sales experience Flexible schedule (including evenings until 7pm and weekends) Friendly and professional attitude and appearance Punctual Strong customer service skills Basic computer skills Ability to stand for long periods of time Detail oriented Easily adapt to new procedures and implement changes quickly Job Responsibilities Include: Greet mall patrons and ask qualifying questions Inquire about potential client's family health history Correctly complete necessary documents and obtain specimen samples Complete HIPAA compliance training and any subsequent training Secure P.H.I. in compliance with all HIPAA laws and regulations
